Expand Ontology Metadata in BioPortal

We need to expand ontology metadata in BioPortal by incorporating additional fields from the Metadata for Ontology Description and Publication Ontology (MOD) to improve ontology content understanding and alignment with FAIR principles. AgroPortal has already implemented this feature, and we will adapt it to fit our needs.

Tasks:

• API: Add MOD metadata fields to the ontology submission object.
• UI: Update the interface to display relevant MOD metadata.
• Metadata Review: Determine if we need to adjust any MOD fields for BioPortal needs
• Performance Analysis: Assess the impact of the new metadata fields on system performance.
