Make an
useCoreMLIosoption, it prefers to use Core ML model if exists. If set to false, even if the Core ML model exists, it will not be used.Currently it just use a patch for whisper.cpp, maybe we can just use WHISPER_API
*_no_stateinstead, but it seems not very useful because we can't assign whisper_state externally. I'll look for a better way after merged.
