Summary

This PR is seeking to address music-assistant/support#3651, which references two issues with how the Music Assistant integration represents the media_player.group_members attribute:

1. For media_players which are the "master" or coordinator of a group, it does not list that player first in its own group_members attribute.
2. For media_players which are children of a group, it does not list any players in group_members.

Because of these two bugs, existing media players cards cannot accurately call media_player.join and media_player.unjoin.
