Description with steps to reproduce

1. Make a score with a drum kit
2. Write a twice nested tuplet (like a triplet in a triplet in a triplet)
3. Write quarter notes in the other voice
4. Try to click and write in the smallest tuplet, MSS can freeze (tuplet in voice 1) or crash (tuplet in voice 2)
