The user would like a new feature where given a set of energy levels , find out the optimal value of fermi parameters c and t

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add new parameter so that user chan select weather to run optimisation or not
• If the user deside to run optimisation, implement a method to pass the energy level to the mudirac so that mudirac can run lease square minimisation to find c and t pairs.
