            <h1 class="teal">Join Multiplicity 2021!</h1>
            <p><span class="teal"><b>We are looking for writers, designers, web developers, and editors to join us for our next issue!</b></span> </p>

            <h4>What is Multplicity?</h4>
            <p><span class="teal"><b>Multiplicity</b></span> is a digital curation on the internet's place in our lives, on both a personal and socio-political level, as young people in different parts of the world. We critically examine the internet's influence, and explore ways to build a healtheir and more equitable internet. For more on the project's inception and goals, read our <span class="teal"><a class="teal" target="_blank" href="articles/origin.html">origin story</a></span>. We hope to curate a diverse issue from the backgrounds of the writers to the topics explored.</p>

            <h4>What content are we looking for?</h4>
            <p>The majority of the writing will be research-based and investigative, but a few exceptions will be made for other opinion pieces and artistic expressions. We are aiming to host 10-12 articles in the upcoming issue. </p>
            <p>
            Contributors are encouraged, but not required, to incorporate interactive work, data investigations, or ethnographic studies in their work. We have a team of data visualization and interactive design volunteers to support you with any needs!
              </p>
              <p>Articles should be 1500-2500 words each (7-15 minutes of reading).</p>
<h4>Who is our target audience?</h4>
<p>Writing will be made as accessible as possible to widen potential viewership, and will cover a broad range of disciplines. The level of writing should be accessible to a high school/undergraduate level college student with good English proficiency. </p>
<h4>Where will the work be published?</h4>
<p>Articles will be published here, on our independently-run website. We will be working on curating, writing, and editing all the articles, and once they’re all ready, all the articles will be published at the same time as part of the second issue. </p>
<h4>What is the timeline?</h4>
<p>Multiplicity articles' first drafts should be completed in February to allow for abundant time for editing and web development work. The issue goes live early May.</p>
<h4>Will I be compensated monetarily for my work?</h4>
<p>At this moment, we are unfortunately unable to promise monetary compensation to our team. However, we are actively pursuing opportunties to fund our work by applying to grants and otherwise. Shall we recieve any funds for this project, compensating our team will be our number one priority. If you have any leads on opportunities that could fund our project, please let us <a class="teal" href="mailto:multiplicitytech@gmail.com" target="_blank">know</a></span>!</p>
