Description

Per https://docs.google.com/document/d/1I4MtlMyE_ekpDo0-L9P2nOcbYDlyK2ASRk3BXrqkwZc/edit?usp=sharing, we can remove the TAAR integration. We want to keep the AMO API endpoints, though, since those are called by Firefox and AMO frontend.
