Support Sention duplication metrics output

Define matplotlib version required
dnanexus_multiqc v 1.6 specifies which version of matplotlib is required for this app (matplotlib==2.1.1) in code.sh. Testing of this change was carried out by running v1.6 on a previous run where the v1.5 had been run successfully and checking that the output multiqc report html files matched between versions.
