Is this project dead ?

Last release was 7 years ago, and last commit was 5 years ago. It seems the project is dead here. Is there a fork popular enough to be promoted as an officially recommended replacement ?

@abmo would you be willing to transfer ownership if somebody step up to maintain the library ? or officially endorse a fork ?

@iRoman1, @matthewgarrettks, @darkdarin, @andreyt99, @pthreat, you all forked this repo and made some commits. Would you be interested in joining efforts ? or would you rather promote your fork as the official one ?

Of all those forks, it seems only tochka-developers/geo-timezone and pthreat/geo-timezone are available on Packagist.
