Improve the report an issue email, it needs to be more helpful

Based on the feedback from the last research the email sent to contacts is not clear enough for them to act upon. We need to improve the draft.

There's not enough information in here for me to act on. I don't know which link is supposedly broken. It then leaves contacts having to chase anyone who makes a report to find out exactly what the problem is. It would help if there were some instructions asking people to make their reports clear and specific.
