Is there a way to fetch all pages if a news website uses pagination? A website where I would like this feature is Heise.

This can be punted to something like RSS Bridge.

There is already a PR open for that very site: RSS-Bridge/rss-bridge#744

Great idea, I've just created my own minimal RSS proxy/filter in go. Once it is a bit more mature I might publish it on GitHub.
