Multi value field is not loading for some user

Hi, we are using this multi value control and some users tried to access selected data and saved the same but now they are not able to see the data which they saved earlier and now option also not available for some users to select the field while others get few report it permnantly and intermittent

Hi @AminTi - Couple of users are reporting this issue where the extension is not loading for them. All the configurations are as per the documentation and we have not changed any configuration in the past 1 year since the time we installed and configured the extension. It works for other users without any issues. Could you please help how can we troubleshoot this furhter?
