Cannot get correct date/time to save it's life

I have tried talking to this thing and adding instructions to copilot-instructions.md, but it has yet to get a complete date/time stamp entirely correct on it's own. I did not have trouble with this when using Coplot with Claude 3.5 on the web, only when using VS Code Insiders extension.
