Tracked Cache Size is not accurate #132

The tracked cache size seems to be lower than the actual cache size, even displaying negative values. Needs to be investigated.

Looks like it may be caused by purge.

Although we have had a fix for this for a while, we have not been able to release it because we found more bugs and other issues. We hope to move this forward soon now that microsoft/FASTER#712 and microsoft/FASTER#717 have been merged.
