POS-463 Create setup to test differences between heimdall releases 0.2.9 and 0.2.8

  • Check differences in code between releases 0.2.9 and 0.2.8 (bor has not many changes). It may be that most of the nodes updated the version during end of March - beginning of April, when the spike has been detected (v0.2.8...v0.2.9)
