You can not remove HWID activation. Once a system is activated, this activation cannot be removed because the license is stored in the Microsoft servers and not in the user’s system. MS checks the hardware ID (HWID) and if a license is found in their database, the system will automatically activate if HWID key is installed.

If you don't want HWID then use KMS38 activation or use the change edition option in extras.

Wait a second, but how Microsoft Server did not see a error, when so many PCs using the same key?! Because if is like that, when I preinstall the Windows I'll not need to activating again the Windows because will be automatic activated by the Microsoft Servers.

How is possible?

The key is not what activates windows, instead it just tells windows to search for a digital license. Many HWID activated systems including legit systems have the keys that MAS uses.

Just reactivate in MAS using KMS and deactivate it.
Then just run the following: slmgr /upk.
And there you have it!
The "permanent" activation has been deactivated.

What you're doing is completely useless, and you haven't removed the digital license, just prevented the system from activating against it
