REQUEST - Subfolders/& or scroll side panel

I just started getting into Wildcards, I'm unsure how simple or difficult it would be to implement the ability for subfolders. The Billions Of Wildcards have folders for every subject, and having to use my middle mouse button to scroll down hundreds of times to get to a subject I'm looking for is not only time consuming but a chore. Either an ability to add subfolders or a scroll on the side of that menu would be a blessing.
