Problem with non UTF8 file name

Hey, SVN whines about non UTF characters in

Tests/Fixtures/Assets/АГГЗ.jpeg

Why this file has non English file name?

It is used in a tests to check that cyrillic symbols are treated right.

Hmm OK, just for info SVN drops:

svn: warning: Can't convert string from 'UTF-8' to native encoding

Not sure how to fix or bypass this in SVN but after deleting this file update was successful.

I dont mind if we remove it, there is another issue related to the cyrilic symbols: #448

Could you remove the file and the tests?

I can remove the file but haven't found any test (or other code) using it.

me neither... try to remove the file and run tests if all of them pass: we are good.
