With feature #698 the istio component reconciler was enriched to support multiple Kyma versions. Kyma 2.0 with component
istio-configurationand >= Kyma 2.1 with componentistio.As we are now already have Kyma 2.3 live, we can remove the support within reconciler for the no longer used component
istio-configurationReasons
Clean up dead code.
