Interactive selection for SFTP

SFTP does not work with the current interactive selection, meaning if agent forwarding mode is used, the user may only be permitted to access one server.

If sshmux wrapped SFTP in this case, the multiple servers could be exposed as root-level directories. I do not currently know how complicated this task would be, but I think it should at least be considered.
