BLU debuffs not showing with Single Element status bar

Basically title.

More detailed and formed report:

Moodles installed through SeaOfStars repository.
I have no Moodles set by me, it is installed simply to support synced effects through Mare.
Status bar configuration: Single Element, Normal.
Debuff shows if I choose 3 or 4 Groups.
Debuff shows if I choose any of the Left-Justified options under Single Element.

At the time the log was taken, I had 2 FC buffs (Heat of Battle II and Reduces Rates II), and the "Brush of Death" debuff. The FC buffs showed regardless of status bar configurations.

Additional test:
Used the BLU skill "Moon Flute" to induce the "Waning Nocturne" self-debuff. Same behavior as "Brush of Death".

I have other reports of this, I actually cannot figure out why this happens 🤔
It'll definitely be fixed in 2.0 but that could be months away still :c

Oh wait no I know... it clicked. Yeah I cant actually fix this without rewriting all of moodles, so itll definitely be a 2.0 fix
