Stuck at installation. Spinning green cog. Empty log.

I'm running a few years old Mac Book Pro with OS X version 10.9.5 (Mavericks) Build 13F34

I just downloaded kalabox-1.0-beta8 trough form on Kalamuna site.

1. Mounted the dmg
2. Dragged the Kalabox.app to Applications folder
3. Right clicked the (in applications folder) and clicked open (to avoid the unsigned warning)
4. The Kalabox app starts..
5. Stuck at a white window with a giant spinning green cog:
   (I waited for a quite a long time)
   

I tried the uninstall tool, option 2 - uninstalling all vagrant, virtualbox etc.. and tried again.
The same problem persists. A giant spinning cog. No password or asked or no dialogs or buttons.

/Users/XXXX/.kalabox/kalabox.log is empty except for:
" ### Kalabox Log ### "

The Readme says that it is tested mostly on OS X 10.8...
So... not working on Mavericks?

Well well... following the documentation: Troubleshooting Kalabox Problems > Firewall at: https://kalamuna.atlassian.net/wiki/display/kalabox/Firewall I managed to get it running.

Could a reference to this documentation be added to the loading screen?
