Are you asking for help with how to use JS.org, or how to use GitHub Pages to host content?

JS.org is a free service, we don't make bespoke videos to coach people on fundamentals of GitHub -- it is somewhat assumed that if you are capable of creating a website that is directly relevant to the JavaScript community/ecosystem, you're also capable of creating a pull request to edit a single file.
