There are hardcoded directories in detect_leftovers_and_MIA. The ports tree has owned this listing since r351446 (2014-04-16) in Mk/Scripts/check_leftovers.sh. This is how Poudriere does it as well if the file exists, otherwise a hardcode listing is used for pre-r351446 ports trees.
