Not correctly activated after VSCode update #31

The extension is not correctly activated after vscode starts up. No key seems to work after it is activated. There is only the "NORMAL" indicator showing up at the bottom. This problem appears after updating vscode to 1.61.0.

I think this extension is much better than the Vim extension of VSCode in terms of user experience and much more advanced in design. But why isn't it popular?

OMG This extension is pure gold! Hard to believe this isn't popular.
