Update Twig.js, replace gulp-twig with twig

Currently using gulp-twig, a wrapper for twig.js. Gulp-twig is out of date and not being maintained, Twig.js has gone from v0 to v1 in that time. Switching to twig.js directly should allow use of and updatability of twig.js dependency.
