TetradAnalysis

Background

This program is intended to be used as a tool to aid in counting pollen tetrads in three color fluorescent intervals (fluorescent tagged lines, or FTLs). The user is expected to either have 1) image data in three colors (e.g., CFP, YFP, and dsRED) or 2) a slide with three-color pollen tetrads on a epifluorescence microscope.
