Add hyperlinks in default reporter

Add hyperlink support for default reporter.

Motivation

Improve integration between terminal and editor.

Example

When test fail we could click on test file path/name and it opens system default editor.

Pitch

I know it could be another reporter, but why we can't improve current that already use escape code for colors?
