Hi,
I have yahka V1.03 running on raspberry Pi OS - which works quite fine.
When trying to update to yahka V1.09 (or any other version >1.03) I constantly get the error message that pam-devel is missing!
According to some other posts, libpam0g-dev would be the pam-devel equivalent for raspberry pi os - this is installed via apt.
anyway I can't find a way to make yahka to update...

Has anyone a hint for me here?

Thanks
Holger

Current STABLE release of yahka is 1.0.3.

As you do not have any problems with this release according to your post you shoudl upgrade to any BETA Release only if you want to support testing. Please note that there are several issues related to 1.0.9 blocking this release to go to stable state at this time.

I would suggest to wait for the dev tpo release a new versio to STABLE repository.

Thank you for this quick feedback. Ok, actually it was my aim to do some testing, and the named issue intended to already be some kind of a testing feedback, as I could not find any recent post on this, only old ones.
but fine for me… I can wait.

It's completly OK if want to do some testing. And using beat / latest repo releases is fully ok for this - they are exactly designed for testing users.

Sorry that I cannot solve you problem with newer releases. We will have to wait for the dev. Hope he will process or at least comment open issues in the near future.

Sorry, time is costly and maintaining this adapter is hard. I'll try to reproduce the issue on a Raspi and maybe we can get something together.

Yet, could you probably provide some logs? Thank you!
