In an upgrade process Appveyor broke curl support -- see https://appveyor.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/6312-curl-command-not-found .

In an upgrade process Appveyor broke curl support, see https://appveyor.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/6312-curl-command-not-found . This fixes that by putting the new location into
PATH.And yes, it must be
ming64for both for some reason.
