Adding Anti-Tamper Circuits to Maglock Causes Exception #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to add an Anti-Tamper Circuit to a Maglock.
2. Exception gets thrown (see attached files). 

I imagine it's because its cost has "Raging" in it instead of "Rating". 
Although fixing this issue in gear.xml and reloading Chummer5 doesn't seem to 
fix it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.0.5.139
Windows 7 64-bit
