Create a Joomla theme that implements the Italia Design Guidelines

Create a theme for Joomla based on the User Interface design guidelines.

The theme has to be implemented with Bootstrap Italia as a dependency.

I am Sourav Prasad From India . I would like to work on this issue .I will try to build custom modules for each bootstrap-Italia component which can then be later included as a module into any Joomla Theme.
Can I proceed ?

Hi @souravpd and thanks for your interest!
In this phase you are not required to write code regarding this particular project but to plan how to proceed, draft a proposal and discuss it with a mentor in the relevant Slack channel.
In particular, this work is an implementation of some already existing guidelines and tools: I suggest you to take a look at the materials linked in the first message in order to get acquainted with the work to do!
