Variable names aren't completely synchronized, e.g. we are using artifact-name, artifact_name, MAVEN_ARTIFACT_ID, releaseVersion

Also some variables don't have a description (see also #12 (comment))

We want to standardize this for https://github.com/it-at-m/refarch-templates before we release our 1.0. What should we do?

I'd suggest using descriptive names for the workflow names. As those are directly reflected in the sidebar of the GitHub UI.
