JamfCloud provisioner UI issue not displaying controls based on the config file

Describe the bug
When you create a JamfCloud provisioner, save it, browse away from the page, and then come back, the majority of the UI controls will be in the default state despite being correct in the provisioner config file.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new JamfCloud provisioner; fill in all applicable fields
2. Save the provisioner
3. Browse away from the provisioner page
4. Come back to the newly created provisioner. You will see most of the UI elements are in the default state.

Expected behavior
UI should reflect the configuration as originally built and saved in the provisioner config file.

Additional context
Problem exists in 14.0 and 14.1. Not sure about other versions.
