#21962 optimized the "field keys" metaquery to the point where retrieving the values from storage is trivial, and in doing so highlighted some inherent overhead in using flux for even very simple queries; see influxdata/flux#3945 & influxdata/flux#3946

We should include a benchmark for a similarly trivial non-metaquery query to track any improvements that are made to these kinds of queries.
