If the number of sectors per side in a mesh generated by polygon concentric mesh generators, the center of the mesh can connect too many elements resulting an undesirable mesh like the following:

This issue can be resolved by replacing the current inner mesh with a Delaunay mesh generated with Poly2Tri:
