#6640 is an initial implementation of snap server behind a feature flag. This issue is to track optimization and address potential griefing issues. Specifically:

  • performance analysis and optimization of serving requests
  • measure performance cost of rw locking streaming of Layered storage, implement unsafeStream

Does this cover the work being done to reduce the amount of state roots being calculated?
