Users might accidentally execute juliet new twice with the same arguments, leading to potential loss of data.

Typically:

$ juliet new -- title "some title"
$ vim posts/2019-08-06-some-title.md # write article[1]...
$ juliet new -- title "some title" # oops, unintentional

Data written in [1] is lost.
