[Docs]: aws_oam_* resource and data source docs don't have id attribute listed

Description

The documentation for OAM resources and data sources do not have the id attribute listed. For consistency, it should be added especially when some of the examples make use of it. Found this issue while looking at a question in the HashCorp forum.
