[Bug]: aws_dms_s3_endpoint: InvalidParameterValueException

Expected Behavior

Create endpoint without error in us-east-2 as well as us-west-2.

Actual Behavior

Create fine in us-west-2 but, in us-east-2:

I tried the new aws_dms_s3_endpoint, and I am still getting the "compressionType...errror (see details below).
