Description

currently mwaa only supports 1.10.12 even though the readme mentioned it will support the latest version by default -

when giving the airflow_version 2.0.2, terraform didn't take in the parameter, the console still points to 1.10.12.
For 2.0.2 there is a variable for number_of_scheduler, it supports range from 2-5. This variable currently is not in the terraform module.

@ewbankkit any ETA for us to add support for MWAA 2.0. Per AWS Cloudformation, the change should be narrow down to
aws_version and schedulers.
