Some drivers like those from ElevenLabs do allow for extra properties. It'd be nice to be able to use extra_schema_properties for them, and have it work with the TextToSpeechTool and TextToSpeechTask.

Elevenlabs also has a with-timestamps endpoint for the url - would it be possible to add that to the url for the driver, or get access to append it?
