'Contract Bottom Panel' button next to 'Expand Bottom Panel' button

There is a button on the bottom panel, at the bottom-right of it, that expands the bottom panel. If pressed again it returns it to it's previous state (it does not hide the panel).
I want a button that would that would hide it.
This functionality is present when clicking on a 'tab' of the panel. To hide the panel, one must search for the active tab instead of going to the same place every time. It's slower and frustrating, and distributes similar functionality in different places.

If the button is added, it must remain visible at the bottom-right to un-hide it to have an alternative to the current method (clicking on a tab). In the case this is done, the 'expand bottom panel' button should stay even when the panel his hidden as well.

I think this would be a good quality-of-life adition.

Since 4.3, you can press Ctrl + J to toggle the visibility of the current bottom panel: godotengine/godot#88081

I'd still like the button, but less so now that I know of the shortcut.
