Description

Hi!

I did try search for this but i could not find it, so i post it here and see if it´s a duplicate request or not.

Like the title says it´s the same feature that's in GitHub, and a very handy as well if you ask me so why not have the same function inside Gitea?

Maybe would be smart to have the "shortcuts" as well "Copy link/Copy permalink/Open new issue" not sure what "View git blame" is or if it is build in Gitea.

But i do have some thoughts about the permalink, the "url" seems to be a direct path to the current file where it is on the website, what happens if the "url" for the Gitea is changed? Would that broke every link that was ever made?
