Description
Update sentry to the latest versions on python and Js sdk, also remove raven old version adding all the variables to use more sentry powers.
IMPORTANT
if 'RAVEN_JS_VERSION' is set on prod server env then it need to be changed to 6.8.0

Testing
not possible to do a send test but they provide a "debug" flag to check the config, all seems to be good.
