[Feature Request] Include link to reader in the generated note #23
Comments
Great suggestion. I've added it to our internal task tracker and I'll get to it next time I add a handful of Obsidian tasks to my plate. |
Was just about to make the same request and I'm happy to find this here. Thanks for Matter! |
We're working on this internally. We want to provide a deep link that will open the article in the correct context based on the platform Obsidian is running on. So if you're using Obsidian on iOS, the article would open in the Matter app. And if you're using Obsidian on the desktop, the article would open in the Matter web app. Not difficult, but requires some additional stakeholders to get it done. Will keep you all updated! |
+1 for this Just want to add that it would be super helpful to make available both the Matter deep link AND the original article link. We can then configure which to use in the template (default to a template that includes both?) |
Hi @hunterclarke, any progress on this? It would solve also the problem that for podcasts there is no link at all at the moment. |
Excellent idea! Looking forward to that :) |
Fantastic idea 💯 |
I get a link to the target article in the note, but I would also like to get a direct link to review the article in reader app. That would make it easier to see the highlights in context
