Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As ROM images get larger, the amount of time required to decompress and hash those images gets longer.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a method to accept submissions that:

  • contain the hash of the ZIP/RAR/TAR/etc archive as a shortcut to decompressing and hashing the entire archive
  • contain a hash for the first x number of bytes
