Yes.

  1. What is your project and what problem does it solve? (max 100 words)
TokenX is an enterprise-grade tokenization and provenance solution that allows organizations to securely authenticate, track, and verify digital and physical assets using blockchain. With a 35 million dollar valuation, TokenX is designed for enterprises eager to enter the Web3 and blockchain space without the typical hurdles of complexity and high costs. Its “purpose-driven” business model is crafted to break down the barriers that often deter innovation and experimentation, empowering businesses to seamlessly adopt blockchain technology. By leveraging AI-powered no-code capabilities, TokenX offers a robust yet user-friendly platform that supports effortless blockchain integration for Web2, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and legacy applications.
Our 2025 projected ARR is over $20M, and our Strategic Partners, Customers and Alliances include: EY Global Blockchain Practice, Avasant, SAG RFID/NFC, Fujitsu, SUI, Stellar.org, Hedera, Filecoin, Avision, Visioneer/Xerox, EQBR, Conc3al, Transnational Group, DMCC, MINTangible, HSBC, ApeVine, JadeVault, Zeality, Spin.Fashion, KARBNZ, Level Labs, Aqua-Index, iVALT, Beamish, LVMH, NPC Labs, Level Labs, J Bradley Hilton, Mars Lasar, International Association of Art Appraisers and the US Government.
TokenX is integrating Filecoin and Lighthouse to provide permanent, verifiable, and decentralized storage for tokenized assets such as high-value artwork, supply chain records, luxury goods, and identity documents.
This project will start with a $23M Picasso authentication, leveraging NFT-backed provenance records, and will expand to luxury collectibles, document verification, and supply chain transparency. By integrating with Filecoin, TokenX ensures tamper-proof, long-term storage of ownership metadata, preventing fraud and increasing trust in enterprise tokenization.
We have already started integrating with Filecoin and intend on moving more projects on to the network. A list of projects that we are working on will be provided to the Filecoin team.

  2. How is Filecoin used in this project?
TokenX will use Filecoin as its primary decentralized storage solution to:
Store High-Value Provenance Data: Secure metadata, authentication records, and ownership history for luxury assets, fine art, and enterprise documents.
Ensure Data Integrity: Prevent manipulation and fraud through tamper-proof decentralized storage, ensuring that provenance records remain unchanged and verifiable over time.
Facilitate Large-Scale Enterprise Adoption: TokenX expects to store 250TB of high-resolution images, multimedia content, and metadata on Filecoin, providing scalability and cost-effective, long-term data retention.
Enable Seamless Retrieval with IPFS: Token metadata will be stored on IPFS for efficient, content-addressable retrieval, ensuring fast and transparent verification for enterprise users.

  3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective?
The grant will help TokenX integrate Lighthouse and Filecoin storage, develop smart contract mechanisms for provenance tracking, and implement a front-end interface for secure data retrieval. The key milestones are:
