The Software comprises both object code and source code.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Xerox hereby grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use and sublicense any Software provided in object code form and a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and sublicense any code provided in source code form, as well as any modified versions thereof, subject to the following conditions:
(1) You are or are affiliated with an academic or publicly funded research institution and will use the Software solely for non-commercial research or academic purposes only. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an academic or publicly funded research institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity, its affiliates and all users who access our services through your account to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity, its affiliates and users associated with it. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the Software.
(2) All distributions and sublicenses shall be non-commercial and shall be made under a license identical to this one or under a license containing terms no less restrictive than the terms contained herein.
(3) The above copyright notice and this permission notice along with the disclaimer below shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software You redistribute.
(4) You shall not and shall not attempt to modify, alter, or tamper with any Software provided solely in object code form, or reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Software or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code from such Software or have any third party do any of the preceding.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL XEROX BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS SHALL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE.
