Describe the bug

Diskussion war in: #19044

Wir haben in die Zuleitung zur Garage eine Shelly 3EM installiert, da wir in der Garage demnächst den GO-E zur openWB Pro dazu in Betrieb nehmen wollen.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Nun haben wir zum Test in evcc das Lastmanagement auf 16A / 11000W gestellt.

  2. Wenn wir nun mit 1p die Ladung auf Schnell starten an der Pro mit dem ZOE angeschlossen, dann fängt die Ladung mit 32A an und im 2. Zyklus kommt dann eine Meldung und es wir auf ~16A runter geregelt.

  3. Machen wir das selbe mit 3p, dann wird im ersten Zyklus mit 16A angefangen, das passt also.

Es wäre super, wenn Du den Garage circuit bitte nochmal auf TRACE setzen könntest und das Log nochmal aktualisieren. Da müsste ja das Wunder passieren.

Hast du bitte noch ein bisschen mehr Log vom Loadpoint dazu? Das Problem hier ist, dass der Circuit denke er wolle von 15.9 auf 32A schalten, tatsächlich ist das aber ein Sprung von 0.076 auf 32A. Es ist nicht erkennbar, wo die Differenz entsteht.

Du scheinst 2s Intervall zu haben. Bis dahin kann eine träge Wallbox natürlich nicht anfangen zu laden und daher funktionert auch die Begrenzung nicht.

Dazu sollte es eine sehr explizite Warnung im Log geben. Konfigurationsfehler.

Das ist zu schnell. Deine WB hat im zweiten Zyklus trotz Freigabe noch nicht mit laden begonnen- daher werden auch die nächsten 16A akzeptiert...

Ich habe es nun mit 30s und 60s getestet. Selbes Ergebiss. Auf dem Linux Server läuft auch nur eine Instanz.

Dazu sollte es eine sehr explizite Warnung im Log geben

Wo du schreibts "Deine WB hat im zweiten Zyklus trotz Freigabe noch nicht mit laden begonnen", dachte ich, kann ja auch am ZOE liegen.
Ich habe es dann mit dem Born gestet, musste aber auf 8A runter für die Garage, er kann ja "nur" 16A, das funktioniert mal und mal nicht bei 60s. Sobald ich auf "Schnell" klicke, fängt er nach 6-7s an zu laden und trotzdem kommt "over current detected: 15.2A > 8A" fast immer.

Auf dreiphasig funktioniert es mit 15, 30 und 60s einwandfrei. Sehr merkwürdig. Da fängt der Born auch nach 6-8s zu laden an. Das sehe ich am Shelly 3em wann er lädt. Habe es mit einer Stoppuhr gemessen.

Was mir auffällt, das "charge total import" innerhalb so kurzen Abständen, passiert unregellmässig. Mitten drin sind sie in größeren Abständen. Sollten diese nicht bei einem Regelverhalten von 60s nicht auch alle ~60s kommen?

Wie der Teufel es will, wenn man die LOGs braucht, dann funktioniert es bei 15,30 und 60s. Aber dann auf einmal ging es wieder nicht mehr.

Hier auf 60s, 8A und 5500W für Garage begrenzt, der Born braucht maximal 6-7s bis er Strom zieht nachdem ich auf "Schnell" geklickt habe:

Insgesamt sieht es nach 60 Sekunden interval aus, aber zwischendurch wird innerhalb von 5 Sekunden mehrmals agiert. Das liegt wohl daran:

  • im Hintergrund läuft das 60 Sekunden interval
  • aber einige Aktionen, wie setmode führen zu einem unmittelbaren Loadpoint update
    lp.requestUpdate()

Das Loadpoint update löst aus, dass ein charge current von 7,x Ampere freigegeben wird, nur 4 Sekunden später schlägt das normale interval zu. Es wird von 7,x vorher ausgegangen, der circuit Strom liegt aber noch bei 8-7,x, da innerhalb von 4 Sekunden natürlich die Ladung noch nicht gestartet ist. Die Berechnung

potential := maxCurrent - c.current
geht also davon aus, dass noch knapp 8 Ampere mehr möglich sind.

Das Log zeigt das Problem sehr plakativ

@andig @premultiply wenn ich nicht ganz falsch mit meiner Analyse im vorherigen Kommentar liege, sollte man das wieder öffnen.
Mit der jetzigen Implementierung steigt der freigegebene Ladestrom mit jedem Aufruf von ValidateCurrent um den vorher freigegebenen, aber (noch) nicht genutzten Ladestrom (auch wenn bswp. das Auto die Ladung noch nicht startet) und ist dann sofort oberhalb der Grenze des circuits, nahezu beim doppelten im ersten Schritt. Da das auch außerhalb des Intervals passieren kann (z.B. nach Wechsel des Lademodus), passiert das in den Logs hier ziemlich oft.
Wenn man stattdessen nur auf potential schaut, und nicht den vorher freigegebenen aber noch nicht genutzen Strom dazu zählt, passiert das nicht mehr, es wird dann immer maximal "max_circuit_current - current_circuit current" freigegeben, also das was wirklich genutzt werden darf. Das selbe Problem besteht bei der power validation.

Die Idee ist, dass old->new der Sprung ist der mit der Änderung gemacht wird. Hintergrund ist, dass viele Fahrzeuge unterhalb der Freigabe bleiben. In dem Fall den Istwert als "old" zu nehmen würde das LM unnötig strikt machen. Hier funktioniert das aufgrund der Zeitkonstante aber nicht. Also was geht:

  • der Sicherung vertrauen
  • wie vorgeschlagen ändern (mit allen Nebenwirkungen)
  • dito, aber mit irgendeiner Fallunterscheidung ob Echtwert oder theoretisches Delta (oder min(echt, theoretisch))
  • Ladepunkte nicht mehr außerhalb des Intervalls aktualisieren (das merken die User sofort)

Sieht soweit gut aus, bei 16A maxCurrent, wird dem EV 15,7A angeboten. Ich habe es mit 1p und 3p getestet, bei 3p scheint der Startwert geringer zu sein und geht dann hoch auf die ca. 16A, für mich ok.

Besten Dank für die Mühe.

Wenn ich das richtig mitbekommen habe, erlaubt ihr 10% über dem Limit, dann sollte man evntuell bei der Überprüfung die 10% auch beachten, denke ich.

Werde ich machen, ich hab extra den Born auf 90% begrenzt, sonst ist er gleich wieder voll, immer diese Sonne ;).

Wo ihr im Thema so tief drin seid.

Würde das auch funktionieren wenn ich z.B. auf L2 mit der openWB pro und auf L3 mit dem go-e laden würde?
Oder mit 3p mit der openWB und mit 1p auf L3 mit dem go-e?

Echt jetzt? Wie kommst du dadrauf, gehen wir einmal von genau 400V aus und einen Leistungsfaktor von 1, dann sind 400V*32A*1,73*1= 22144W oder 400V*32A*1,73205080757 = 22170,250336896W ;)

Aktuell habe ich 415V anliegen, also 415V*32A*1,73 = 22985W ☝️😇

Nur so am Rande, was soll ich den nun eintragen?

Phasennennspannung ist 230V * 32A pro Phase * 3 Phasen sind 22080VA, also 22,08kVA.
